Our delivery times are estimated only and are not guaranteed. They will always be estimated in business days (this does not include weekends/holidays). Once the packages are sent to our shipping provider, arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of the shipping service that has been selected.


Shipping destinations:

  • We ship both within the United States and Worldwide.


Processing times:

  • Every order has a processing time of 1-2 business days (not including holidays and weekends)

** From Black Friday to New Years processing times are about 3-4 days**


Shipping times:

  • Local orders take 3-5 business days to be delivered to you (after the processing period).
  • International orders take 8-15 business days to be delivered via USPS, UPS, DHL, or FedEx (after the processing time period).
  • Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method, and other factors.
  • ***From Black Friday to New Years shipping time may be delayed***

Shipping cost:

  • Orders over $25 will have free shipping.
  • Orders under $25 will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method and country. The full price will be displayed at checkout.

Inquiries are handled on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal to make our customers happy. We stand behind our handmade goods that are inspected to assure customers are to be satisfied with them. Each request will be treated fairly and reasonably. We believe when treating our customers evenly and respectfully that they are fair and polite with us.


Order Cancellations:

  • We do not accept cancellations for orders by any means. However, if you’d like to modify your order, you can do so within 24 hours of placing your order.

Exchanges/ Refunds

  • Due to the nature of our products, we have a no refund or exchange policy.

Damaged Items

  • Upon receiving your order, you have 24 hours to contact us at contact@beautybypreita.com with pictures & descriptions of the damaged goods. We will then evaluate the situation and then contact you.

Place an order:

  • Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and selecting a payment method for your XXL goods - we will ship your package within 4-7 business days.


What is my order status:

  • Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation within 15 minutes. After your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Your order can take 1-2 business days to be fulfilled. A friendly reminder that business days do not count as holidays and or weekends.


Where can I find my order number:

  • With every order we send an order confirmation email, which is sent to the same email used to make the purchase. Be sure to check all inboxes as it can make its way to junk/spam folder.
