We do not accept cancellations for orders by any means. However, if you’d like to modify your order, you can do so within 24 hours of placing your order.

Damaged Items
Upon receiving your order, you have 24 hours to contact us at contact@beautybypreita.com with pictures & description of the damaged goods. We will then evaluate the situation and then contact you.
